Exploring the Pathways Beyond the Teen Years
This workshop focuses on transition planning to adulthood for Autistic teens. It includes discussions about building independent-living skills, exploring future pathways like education and employment, and navigating adult Autism services in Ontario.
As a result of participating in this workshop, participants will be able to:

describe major transitions that take place from adolescence into young adulthood

define goal planning and using a SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Bound approach)
