Creating Your Individualized Housing and Support Plan – Series
This three (3) session workshop series is intended to help you begin creating an individualized housing and support plan for you or a family member with a developmental disability.

- Session 1: Wednesday, April 15, 2026
- Session 2: Wednesday, April 22, 2026
- Session 3: Wednesday, April 29, 2026
Topics will include:
- Creating your vision and learning from others
- Discovering your strengths and needs
- Building on natural supports and creating community circles

Open to people with developmental disabilities, their family members and/or their support networks living in Ontario.
NOTE: It is recommended to attend all three sessions as the content of each is connected.
