Keeping Safe in a Digital World

This workshop was developed in collaboration with Halton Regional Police Services to provide participants with information and strategies to help safely navigate a child or youth’s online presence and enhance cyber safety.

As a result of participating in this workshop, participants will be able to:

• describe the importance of online safety

• identify online risks for persons with Autism

• define key terms related to online safety

• implement teaching strategies to support online safety
