Peer Connect Adult Group

This group aims to provide a meaningful, supportive space for autistic adults to connect with each other, and to foster a sense of belonging. This monthly group provides a platform for adults to share their experiences, and discuss challenges in their lives, while meeting new people. Topics of discussion will include emotional regulation, cybersafety, employment, and life skills, among other topics of interest.

In this group, we will discuss why connection matters, and build on fostering connections with peers within the group.
