Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible
Referral to other community services * provides respite support to care partners caring for loved ones with high needs through Caregiver Recharge Services * bathing program for Alzheimer Society Peel clients and members of the community * provides behavioural supports for older adults who live and cope with responsive behaviours, and those who support them through Mississauga Halton Behavioural Supports Ontario (BSO).
Offers a wide range of programs and services to help those affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias including:
-Adult Day Programs
-Nora's House Respite Care
-Dementia Resources Consulting Services
-Support Groups
-Public Education
-First Link Referral
-Bathing Program
