Breath and let go (Yin Yoga) (Surrey Place)

Breath and let go includes a variety of relaxing and restorative postures to help start your morning. This class will also focus on breathing and mindfulness. No previous experience is required and everyone is welcome. Please have 2 pillows and 1 or 2 blankets available for you to use in your practice.
