Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Resource Clinic (Surrey Place)

The FASD Resource Clinic provides families/caregivers with the opportunity to meet with an FASD Coordinator one-to-one. A FASD Coordinator can assist you to navigate and answer questions you have about FASD strategies, accommodations, supports and services available to your child in the city of Toronto. Participants must meet the following criteria: -Must live in Toronto. -This session is being offered parents/caregivers of children diagnosed with FASD or suspected FASD 2-17 years old. – This is not a drop-in session and appointments should be booked prior to the date you want to attend. – If you require completion of funding forms please ensure you have all supporting documentation ready.
