The Intake Call

When you call Kids Pathways Peel, a Community Information Resource Specialist will listen to you and your concerns. To give you support and guidance, they will ask you questions like:

• Does your child have a diagnosis?
• What services are you interested in accessing?
• What are the goals you have for your child?

They can give you information and make suggestions about
services and/or supports available within your community.

What’s Next

You will continue to receive goal-oriented and time-limited service coordination. Being connected to the Kids Pathways Peel network will allow you the opportunity to access information and supports as needed. Supports will vary based on your child’s and family’s needs, strengths, and circumstances.
